During this time of GCQ, our studio will continue to operate under skeletal force. This is mainly due to the limited access to public transportation. Rest assured, our team will continue to accept and process your orders. However, we ask for your understanding and patience for any possible delays .

Post-GCQ, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order(s) to be served. If it will take longer due to fabric availability etc., we will inform you right away for other possible options.

You can sign up as a guest or register. We only require information needed for shipping and corresponding purposes. Setting up an account will make shopping easier and faster next time as you don’t have to put all the necessary information again.

Shopping at our site is very simple and easy. Just browse thru our selections then click “ADD TO CART” button. Fill in your shipping details in the checkout page and submit your order when finished. A confirmation email should be sent your way once successful. To save on shipping cost, you may also opt to pick up your order at our shop located at 2F Jupiter Place Building, 136 Jupiter Street, Bel-Air 2, Makati City. Alternately, you may send us your orders (style, color, size) via our Online Inquiry Form.

We accept the following payment options: Online Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, or Paypal.

For bank deposit or online fund transfer, you can deposit or transfer the payment directly to our Banco de Oro or Metro Bank accounts. Kindly email the deposit slip copy along with the details of your order (style, size, color) to

For debit and credit card transactions, you can pay through Paypal.

Please take note that we will not process and ship your order/s until we receive the full payment for your order. If we have not received any information from you after 7 days, we will automatically cancel your order.

We will send you an email when your order has been shipped. This will include the tracking information of your order. The status of your order will be marked as “Completed” once we have already shipped your order.

To follow up on the status of your order, you may send an inquiry to Just put “Order Inquiry” in the subject part of the email and indicate the order number.

Local Orders

Please keep in mind that delivery of orders will depend on the courier used. We cannot provide the exact date and time when your order will arrive. Generally, Metro Manila orders will take 2-3 business days and provincial orders 3-5 business days.

International Orders

For International orders, we ship worldwide via DHL. Please allow 5-10 working days for international orders. You may process your payment via the Paypal. Standard international shipping fee is PHP 3,500 pesos DHL.

We don’t allow refunds or returns for PayPal orders. We only allow change of size.

Returns are only allowed for change of size or change of style (and if payment wasn’t made thru PayPal).

Change of Size

If you wish to change the size of the item that you purchased, you may send us an email at We allow exchanges in size within 3 days upon receiving your order. That is, as long as the size for exchange is still available. You have to deposit the shipping fee to our Metro Bank or BDO account. We can provide the account details thru email together with our shipping address to send the package to. Upon receipt of the payment for the shipping fee and the actual item for exchange, we will then ship out the right size.

Change of Style

If you wish to change style of the item that you purchased, you may send us an email at We allow exchanges in style also within 3 days upon receiving your order. You may opt to exchange an item for an available item on-hand, as long as the item you wish to switch to is of the same value or higher, and given that this item is still on-hand. Balance difference must be settled by the client, should the items for exchange is of higher value. You have to deposit the difference in the amount or value plus the shipping fee to our Metro Bank or BDO account. We can provide the account details thru email together with our shipping address to send the package to. We will ship out the new style only once we have received the shipping fee and the value difference plus the actual item for exchange.

Our pieces are produced in very limited quantities as we source out all our fabrics from abroad. As such, we don’t allow returns, exchanges or refunds for pre-ordered pieces.

Minor alterations such as hem shortening, loosening or tightening sides are accepted. We charge for PHP 450 . Client needs to ship back the item for alteration and deposit the alteration fee to our bank account (Metro Bank or BDO). Once we have received the payment and item for alteration, we will ship the item back.

Cost or fee for more complicated or major alterations will be dependent on the type of alteration. Some fees may go up to PHP 600. We will be informing the client of the cost before proceeding with the necessary alteration. Any form of alteration that will change the design cannot be accommodated.
